The Position

The position will be filled at our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott GmbH location.

Your Responsibilities

As a technical expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications. You will act in a customer-oriented role and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Building a trusting relationship with customers
  • Recognizing customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and actively solving problems
  • Sharing customer feedback for product improvement
  • Promoting a culture of excellent customer service

Operational Responsibilities

  • Implementing project plans with a focus on on-time completion and risk minimization
  • Conducting user training for AlinIQ AMS
  • Building and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Configuring and integrating products according to customer specifications
  • Supporting customer inquiries and technical support
  • Maintaining and updating all project documents and relevant systems
  • Participating effectively in team and customer meetings
  • Willingness to work shifts and travel (up to 50%)

Your Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Clinical Informatics, or related fields
  • Initial professional experience (0–1 year) in the installation, configuration, and/or maintenance of IT applications
  • Alternatively, relevant experience, e.g., as a laboratory professional with knowledge of laboratory processes and information systems

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Independent and high-quality execution of tasks
  • Technical knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheet
  • Ability to train customers in a peer-to-peer approach and share best practices
  • Understanding of database applications and their use in business processes
  • Analytical thinking for process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Innovation and a constructive approach to challenges
