This Position Reports To:

EL Product Marketing Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Respond to external technical inquiries via email and internal inquiries via email and Teams
• Create support cases using Salesforce for tracking purposes
• Prepare technical notes with product diagrams and configurations
• Create videos demonstrating how to install or program products/configurators
• Present products and/or provide translations from English to Spanish

Qualifications for the Role

• Education: Student of CFGS in Electricity or Electronics or Automation Control
• Languages: English level B1
• Additional knowledge: Ofimática, y serán apreciados conocimientos de edición de videos y KNX.
