This position reports to:

Local Division Controller, ELSE China

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for order handling, supporting service business in achieving OR/Rev/AR/OBL target, and ensuring we are in compliance with ABB related policy and O2C process. Moreover, support projects management and coordinate internally and externally during the contract execution process. This role is contributing to the EL Service in China. Main stakeholders are Sales team, customers, PM and other operational team. You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Customer master data's checking, application and maintenance
  • Order SAP booking in accordance with group and company policy; Payment Tracking, including advance payment and progress payment before delivery; Bank bond application
  • Customer order delivery arrangement; Sales revenue recognition and customer invoice issuing; Contract file management
  • Internal control for O2C process, optimize the commercial related process
  • Always look at opportunities to improve current process, for both effectiveness and simplify, remove the barriers to execution

Qualifications for the Role

  • Work in strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude.
  • Be good competence on handling job under pressure.
  • Strong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related.
  • A good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Good at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc..
