As a Key Account Manager at 3M Personal Safety Division (PSD) for sales territory Riyadh-Jeddah-Yanbu-Jizan, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
The role provides sales leadership for current and prospective accounts, focusing on sales planning, customer relationship management, and competitive advantage. It involves creating opportunities through Salesforce (SF) and ensuring these opportunities are forwarded to the appropriate channels. This role ensures the implementation of an effective sales strategy and establishes standards and measures for the assigned geographic area (Central and Western Zones) and product line (Core - PSD). Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all sales or sales operations activities and policies.
