Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the consumer electronics and display markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving specification activities for DMSD/EMSD products, and supporting customer needs through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading spec-in activities for DMSD (optical sheets)/ EMSD (tape/adhesive/EMI/EMC solutions) products with key customers
• Managing business discussions and commercial negotiations
• Handling customer complaints and coordinating internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
• Supporting demand forecasting and providing market insights

Required qualifications include:

• Experience in the consumer electronics and display industry
• Proven sales background with demonstrated negotiation achievements
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-culture and cross-regional teams

Preferred skills include:

• Business relationship management
• Negotiation and commercial communication skills
• Demand forecasting capability
• English communication proficiency

Other skills include:

• Possess strategic thinking and customer management capabilities
• Able to proactively solve problems in a fast-changing environment
