Future Account Coordinator

160over90 is seeking an account coordinator to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients' sports and entertainment-related partnerships. The individual will primarily support the entertainment and music partnerships and report to the team's account manager, who is based in New York. The client is also based in New York.

The role and what you'll do:

  • Support the account service team for a large client in the brewing industry, which will include administrative tasks, project management, research, and team organization.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to internal teams, clients, partners, and any other relevant parties involved in the partnership.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.
  • Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports.
  • Generate call agendas and notes as well as handle scheduling.
  • Support team with research requests.
  • Monitor sports and entertainment industry news and trends.

You have these:

  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Agency experience or previous internship is a plus.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
  • Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Pleasant, positive attitude.

  • Available for periodic travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution.
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
