Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the TEF Regional leadership team
• Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities across TEF's regions
• Create and maintain an organized electronic filing and record-keeping system for materials, correspondence, and other documents
• Manage travel arrangements for regional leadership and staff as needed, including facilitating required authorizations for travel and car service
• Process weekly regional ADP and serve as timekeeper
• Prepare, distribute, and update required materials for meetings
• Provide administrative assistance and project support for Trustee meeting preparation, including scheduling, updates, content development, and information sharing
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Health Administration, Communications, Project Management or related field required
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in administrative and project management required
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
• Experience working in a unionized, not for profit or health care setting preferred
• Strong project and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressure
