Vice President

As a Vice President, this professional will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the department (Ops and Client Services). They will be an integral part of an experienced executive team striving to reinvent and guarantee our customers' positive experience with the products. They will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the Operations and Client Services department.
• Lead the financial operations of the Operations and Professional Services department, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
• Establish clear, measurable objectives in line with department growth and profitability targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and manage delivery metrics to monitor performance.
• Ensure successful delivery of software solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Education in Business Administration, a related field, or relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in professional services and delivery.
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven record of developing and implementing successful delivery processes and driving client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
