Your Next Challenge

Telia Care & Repair is Sweden's first independent Apple-authorized service partner and owned by Telia. This means we maintain a high quality in the work we perform and always put the customer first, striving to create customer encounters beyond the extra.

We offer you the opportunity to work with Apple and Samsung products in an authorized workshop, as well as selling Telia's range of services and goods available in our store. You will work with the latest models and continuously learn about the latest technology. In your role as a technician, you will always focus on the customer and their needs, which is why we are looking for someone with a strong customer focus. In the role of technician, you will also help sell in the store, and as a seller, you will sell Telia's services and products to private and corporate customers.

Development and improvement are crucial for us, so you will receive all the resources you need to succeed in the role. You will receive initial training. The position starts with a probationary period of six months with the aim of transitioning to a full-time position.

Your duties will include:

  • Working in our workshop as a technician handling issues such as repairs, part replacements, and software updates.
  • Meeting our customers in our store, involving some administration and sales.
  • Ensuring that customers receive the necessary help to use their equipment after the service.
  • Helping our customers via phone or email, being stress-tolerant and maintaining a positive mood in all situations.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet manufacturer requirements.
  • Selling Telia's services and products to private and corporate customers.

As a person, you are meticulous and passionate about delivering high quality in your work. You enjoy working with processes, improvement efforts, and customer interactions. You are our voice and face outward, so you need an outstanding sense of service and technology. A high school education is a minimum requirement, and you need to be able to express yourself well in writing, both in English and Swedish, and be at least 18 years old.

Your experiences:

  • Previous experience in similar tasks is preferred
  • High school education
