We are looking for a Sales Support to become a part of us at Telia. I am Micaela Glindarv, Head of Customer Service Wholesale and I am looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and future-oriented team that focuses on delivering service and support to our operator customers and driving the transformation forward.
The position is a temporary role running until September 1, 2027.
As Sales Support, you will provide service and technical support to our operator customers and contribute to the development of the Wholesale business. You will become a part of a team that modernizes working methods and creates smooth solutions for high customer satisfaction. This means, among other things, that:
