Customer Service Consultant

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant who will report to the Customer Service Manager as part of our dynamic Customer Service Team in LINDBERG.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our Partners primarily via phone and email
  • Process and enter orders
  • Handle complaints, including guidance and support to our Partners
  • Monitor and follow-up of customer inquiries
  • Use and share brand and technical knowledge about our unique products with our Partners
  • Support and work with our international sales team

Who you are:

  • You are fluent in Danish, German, and English; knowledge of other Scandinavian languages would be an advantage
  • You are a committed person with an outgoing, positive attitude who knows how to provide excellent customer service and build effective relationships via phone and e-mail
  • You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling individual who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness where focus and good energy must be preserved
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications would be a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems would be a plus
