As Account Manager MRO Industry, you are the contact point for our dealers within your portfolio. You build long-term relationships, see commercial opportunities, and turn these into results. Your goal? To maximize the revenue, margin, and profitability of both existing and new accounts.

Together with the Sales Manager MRO – Industry, you work on the further development of the market. You play an active role in the growth of our brand within the existing national sales organization.

With pride, you represent the Milwaukee brand. You know our range inside and out, and you know better than anyone how to convincingly convey the application possibilities and product advantages to the dealer.

The cooperation with our Job Site Solutions Team ensures that you complement the dealer, and optimize cooperation with the end user.

Your tasks:

You keep the market sharp: you analyze the activities of competitors and translate insights into concrete feedback. You spot opportunities for growth - both with existing and new distribution channels and together with our Job Site Solutions Team with end users. You develop smart ideas with marketing to take advantage of these opportunities. Hereby, you focus on strategy, market developments, planning, budget, and marketing initiatives.

Together with other account managers and product specialists, you divide the roles. You organize trainings, and take dealers along in new products that only our brand makes strong. Thus, you ensure that your accounts are optimally supported in their revenue and assortment growth.

You actively invest in your customer relationships: you ask critical questions, think ahead, understand their needs, and advise them on the best solutions in the breadth of our range.

In addition, you are responsible for a number of important tasks:

  • Active approach to customers and execution of your market processing plan to realize growth
  • Building and managing a prospect portfolio, including visiting existing and potential customers
  • Analyzing market developments and drawing up an annual rayon plan
  • Weekly reporting of sales forecasts to the Sales Manager MRO Industry
  • Contributing to the development and execution of local marketing campaigns
  • Intensive cooperation with other sales colleagues, including Account Managers, Product Specialists, and teams of Job Site Solutions, Personal Protective Equipment, and Outdoor Power Equipment
  • Representing the company at fairs, conferences, and networking events

Your experience and qualities:

Commercial action and entrepreneurship are in your DNA. You are a proactive, independent doer who keeps goals sharp in sight, handles time smartly, and organizes your work tightly. With courage and creativity, you see opportunities where others miss them and seize them immediately. You work independently but are also a collegial team player.

The market has few secrets for you: you know how to maintain existing relationships and build new ones. You communicate openly, honestly, and to the point, with an infectious enthusiasm, perseverance, and self-confidence. You also bring extensive experience in forecast, contract, and margin management, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and have excellent command of Dutch and English. And you have a valid driver's license.
