We are searching for a Customer Success representative to join our international team of coffee fanatics in Oslo.

As we grow, we need someone with a keen eye for detail to assist in our daily operations, ensuring our customers always get the best coffee and the best service. This is an entry-level position on the sales team, where you will be responsible for invoicing and outbound logistics. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to help ensure customers get fast service, reliable shipments, and the supporting information they need to run their businesses.

The ideal candidate will want to build a career in specialty coffee, as the role involves interacting with all our customers and colleagues. No coffee knowledge required – but a passion for excellent customer service is a must!

Daily tasks include:

  • Take orders via phone, email, or via the web and register them in our ERP system (Odoo)
  • Process orders/invoices and arrange shipments via land, sea, and air from our warehouse to B2B customers internationally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitor shipment status, and proactively communicate updates to clients
  • Keep control over our physical inventory in several warehouses

Essential requirements:

  • Structured and disciplined
  • Fast and friendly service mentality
  • Team player, able to work well with others and in teams
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, comfortable with systems and ERP
  • Passion for working with people and solving problems
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and spreadsheets
  • High standards of customer service, and drive to get the job done well and quickly
  • Fluent written and spoken business English

The ideal candidate would also possess:

  • Customer service experience in a B2B environment
  • Drive to learn, improve, and succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An interest in coffee - how it's grown, traded, and enjoyed
