Your next challenge: Add business context What you'll be doing:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
- Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
- Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Certifications Requirements: Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
