Your next challenge What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of active new customer acquisition in the B2B sector, with a focus on companies with 1,000 or more employees
  • Developing and building long-term relationships with future key accounts
  • Independently managing the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach and needs analysis to proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover to Account Management
  • Attending trade fairs and events to identify and unlock new customer potential
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify target customers and business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product Management

You're a match

  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in hunting or new business development
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and building business relationships at C-level
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
