The Implementation Senior Manager is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of Goosehead's enterprise partners, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with partner objectives. The Implementation Senior Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to enable lead flow, drive conversion, mitigate risk, and establish a strong foundation for long-term partner success.
This position plays a pivotal role within a newly formed organization and is instrumental in shaping the future of Goosehead's implementation function. In addition to executing strategic partner onboarding, the role will contribute to defining team standards, operational processes, and organizational structure for the implementation (GO) team, helping to build and scale a high-performing function.
