As the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will be the driving force behind the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across our global retail operations. You will manage both internal IT teams and external service providers to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical systems, like SAP, Workday, Supply Chain solutions, E-com and omni-channel platforms and Retail Store solutions, in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will also be responsible for managing a high-performing team of 25 IT professionals spanning multiple domains and locations.
