Programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH) is growing exponentially as a route to market for OOH trading. As an Account Manager, Programmatic Demand at JCDecaux, you will play an essential role in servicing demand from our DSP partners. DSPs are increasingly influential in how DOOH is planned and the tactics for pDOOH campaigns, so your role will be to influence them to a) understand the role that DOOH can serve as part of their marketing activity and b) that JCDecaux provide data, measurement, creative and media opportunities they should be capitalising on.
You will support our Programmatic team by building professional and positive relationships within the programmatic buying community. Your ultimate goal is to deliver extraordinary service that grows our programmatic DOOH demand.
Build relationships with DSPs to grow programmatic revenue for JCDecaux
Actively participate in customised engagement sessions: hosting, presenting, and educating key collaborators, both internally and externally, about programmatic OOH's impact on the media mix
Devise engagement plans and business development strategies: you should be seen as the most trusted, curious and effective media owner in the business
Deliver revenue against pre-determined targets. Additionally, accurately forecast for each DSP across the calendar year
Share performance data with your clients through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and following up with Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) presentations

Collaborate with your colleagues on the demand team on all aspects of programmatic sales
Acquire and share a deep knowledge of JCDecaux' products and services. Bring the best of JCDecaux to your clients within your regular communications to provide additional creativity and innovation to our partners
Stay informed on industry matters, the media marketplace, and digital & AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Collaborate with various JCDecaux departments to deliver proactive and effective sales services
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a high level of external service
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, creativity, and personal accountability across the team
Encourage a feedback culture where we collectively learn from our experiences
Support the Head of Programmatic Demand and your teammates in their respective activities, specifically around a strategy of Engagement, Education, and Inspiration with relevant stakeholders
Demonstrate confident communication and presentation skills across all levels
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
Build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
Be a self-starter with the ability to prioritise and manage client expectations effectively
Adapt to working independently, as well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing information
Use your initiative and demonstrate a confident approach to decision-making
Manage your time optimally, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
Develop a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and market needs
Deliver work proactively and collaborate across departments to meet commitments
Proven experience in sales within the digital advertising sector is crucial
Familiarity with Programmatic Digital Out of Home is an advantage, but not essential
Experience with CRM systems for data input and report generation is desirable
Previous experience in customer-focused or fast-paced environments is beneficial
Track record of contributing to successful teams
Capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
