About The Role

Become part of the number 1 global professional hygiene company in the world as a Key Account Manager for our top brand Tork. A beautiful step in your commercial career. As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Dutch Sales Team, consisting of Key Account Managers, Account Managers End Customers, and Account Managers Distribution. You will report to the Sales Manager. Close collaboration with colleagues within the Benelux and international teams is essential for a successful execution of this role.

You can build relationships, gain trust, and close long-term deals based on added value. Additionally, you are a good listener, strong in execution, ambitious, a true go-getter with a can-do mentality and an analytical mindset. You are both customer and results-oriented.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic and operational relationships with major distributors and online players to increase brand awareness and ensure profitability.
  • Regularly analyze customer information to identify and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Lead annual and price-related negotiations, portfolio management, 365° sustainability activation and optimization, data exchange, forecasting, and joint business planning.
  • Convincely present the added value of our hygiene and tissue solutions.
  • Be a sparring partner for national and local sales teams in developing commercial touchpoints such as listings, activations, and new business projects. Close collaboration with Customer Marketing and Customer Digital Marketing is important here.
  • Bring the strategy to life internally and externally and achieve objectives by realizing profitable, sustainable partnerships in the defined segments.
  • Participate in local and international IKA projects and represent the needs of the Dutch market.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and insights with local and global stakeholders to support the (sustainability) strategy.
  • Participate in fairs and events.
  • Actively network.

Who You Are

  • Master's or Bachelor+ degree in Economics or similar.
  • Strong in understanding and interpreting financial data.
  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience with Business Development.
  • Affinity with online pure players is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of customer journey, analytics, activation, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience within an international matrix organization.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with CRM systems.
