About the Role

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for on-site technical support in our Lisbon office. You'll ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and collaboration tools, while working closely with global colleagues in France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference in people's daily work lives.

What You Will Do

1. Installation and replacing end user IT workplace equipment (pc's, smartphones, printers, collaboration tools).
2. Support managing local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams.
3. Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers
4. Administration of IT assets (hard- and software).
5. Training and education of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools.
6. Contributing to improvement of IT services and knowledge databases.
7. Supporting local applications (where applicable and in line with global policies).
8. Following (internal and external) audit requirements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in local IT support or similar hands-on technical roles.
• Experience with Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems).
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English - All applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
