Customer Service Internship

We are looking for a candidate to join the Customer Service team in the Private Label division (Essity PLD). The Private Label division is responsible for the production and distribution of branded products for major retailers, ensuring quality, reliability, and a tailored service. The internship, lasting six months starting from September, will take place at our headquarters in Legnano (MI). For logistical reasons, it is advisable to reach the headquarters by personal means.

The selected person will provide operational support in the daily management of activities related to orders and deliveries. The role involves constant interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders, such as the logistics and commercial departments.

What you will do:

• Complete management of customer orders: entry, monitoring, and status updates
• Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with logistics
• Direct contact with customers for information on orders, timelines, and issues
• Management of reports and eventual non-conformities
• Support in the preparation of commercial reporting and documentation
• Collaboration with other company departments to ensure efficient and punctual customer service

Who you are:

• Diploma or degree (in progress or recently completed) in economic, linguistic or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Precision, organization, and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of the English language
