Customer Service Representative Backoffice (D/W/M) In Teilzeit

For our Customer Service & Logistics department, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Backoffice in part-time to support our team as soon as possible.

The position is indefinite at the Mannheim location.

Your Role

  • Care of customer master data, prices, and other conditions and shipping notes in various customer areas to ensure delivery and invoicing
  • Creation of price lists for customers and external sales representatives
  • Handling of web-based tools like TenaCheck and CRM
  • Creation and development of tools in Excel as a basis for price and customer master data maintenance
  • Point of contact for external sales representatives and customers for clarification needs regarding conditions and pricing

What You Bring

Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we are looking forward to getting to know you and discussing the possibility of working together!

  • Commercial vocational training and at least 2-year work experience in customer service with experience in customer master and price maintenance
  • Fluent German and very good English skills in speech and writing
  • Secure handling of internal and external customers as well as high service and customer orientation
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as analytical skills and detail-oriented work
  • Strong team skills and communication skills
  • Secure handling of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
