Account Manager Industry For Tork

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager Industry for Tork within our Professional Hygiene (PH) Business Area. As an Account Manager, you will sell the A-brand TORK, a leading hygiene concept. You will need to convincingly present the added value of our products and concepts.

As an Account Manager Industry, you are responsible for important Essity distributors within PH Belux. Knowledge of the Public and/or Healthcare segment is a plus. With your enthusiastic and driven approach, you will know how to directly win and develop dealers and large end users for Tork. You will develop close collaborations with the representatives of our distributors to achieve your objectives.

You will be part of the BeNeLux Sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

What you will do:

  • Negotiate at a high level with strategic partners.
  • Be responsible for the sales and profit margins of your customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers at various levels.
  • Develop and evaluate annual business plans with distribution partners.
  • Build commercial relationships with partners' sales teams, including training and joint visits.
  • Advocate for Essity’s interests in tenders from start to finish.
  • Support Key Account Managers Belux in the execution of local strategic plans.

Who you are:

  • Minimum a completed higher education (Bachelor degree).
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in sales/marketing roles, with several years of sales experience with large accounts (B2B).
  • Driven, enthusiastic personality, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Strategic and holistic thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques.
  • Financial knowledge and experience with budget analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the MS Office package (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Commercially sharp and good negotiation skills.
