At Essity we are looking for the new member of the Commercial Exports team of Colombia for the Caribbean countries.
Your role will focus on driving commercial growth in the countries where Essity brands are already exported, while also exploring new markets across the region where we haven't yet established a presence.
Since our operations in these countries are fully outsourced, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with local distributors. You'll work on defining the right way of working together to capture market opportunities and accelerate profitable growth for our brands.
- Partner with distributors to plan demand and ensure alignment with our IBP timelines and processes.
- Develop commercial strategies for our brands in each country. Together with distributors, you'll review the portfolio and define trade marketing strategies (promotions, campaigns, sampling initiatives).
- Travel to the countries at least twice a year to ensure proper distribution and execution of the agreed plans.
- Manage invoice collections and oversee payments related to trade marketing activities.
- Analyze distributor data to make decisions on whether to continue or adjust existing plans.
- Review and set product pricing to ensure expected profitability for both the brands and the company.
- A professional with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or related fields.
- Experienced in commercial roles and client management.
- Open to international travel at least once every two months.
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
