Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Partner Account Manager (PAM) to accelerate co-sell motions with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the Canadian Public Sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner between AWS and strategic GSI partners, driving joint pipeline development, co-selling activities, and revenue growth for Government, Healthcare, and Education customers.
You will work at the intersection of AWS field sales, partner organizations, and customer accounts to drive new routes to market with new joint offerings, solutions, and strategic initiatives that leverage GSI expertise in areas such as enterprise migration, application modernization, data analytics, and generative AI. This is a high-impact role requiring a builder mentality, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority across matrixed organizations.
Key job responsibilities include:
A day in the life involves being an individual contributor role but responsible for regional business leadership with a top Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partner of the AWS Canada Public Sector business. You will define a CxO relationship strategy, including engaging with AWS senior leaders for executive sponsorship, coordinating executive business reviews, and developing sales opportunity for partner offerings and solutions. You will build and maintain key relationships, advance key sales opportunities, and work with a global team of Partner Managers to manage a sales pipeline & deliver results.
The Canada Public Sector Partner Sales team is responsible for driving AWS adoption across Healthcare, Education, and Government customers through strategic partner relationships. We work with the world's largest system integrators and consulting firms to deliver transformative cloud solutions that improve citizen services, advance health outcomes, and modernize public institutions. Our team operates with a Day 1 culture, embracing ownership, customer obsession, and a bias for action. We are focused on scaling the AWS Canada Public business with partners.
