Join us for the opportunity to influence how Amazon Music engages fans, artists, and creators on a global scale. As the leader of the Amazon Music Voice Internationalization QA Team, you will be responsible for leading the effort to invent and improve the ways that customers can ask for what they want to hear in Amazon Music Unlimited, Prime Music or Ad-supported Free Tier in international markets. You will lead the efforts to ensure that the Quality of the Amazon Music Voice Experience is the best.

The ideal candidate is interested in being part of an agile team, passionate about innovating for customers, and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. You should be a person that pays close attention to details and is driven to deliver solutions that delight customers.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Understanding how all elements of the Amazon Music Mobile Experience and Voice Experience work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
  • Managing and developing an elite team of QA engineers.
  • Working with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.
  • Developing test strategies and creating appropriate test harnesses as well as pragmatic testing approaches.
  • Driving testing methodology and tools to support agile development lifecycles.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution.
