To handle the maintenance, upgrade, and protection of the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the largest companies in the world, the team has diverse skills. The team boasts both engineers who help implement and create new solutions, and management figures who lead technical support teams to offer optimal support to end users. The OTS team at Amazon spares no effort to reconcile high performance and attention to sustainability in all new solutions adopted. With many members operating on-site and shifts covering the entire day, the team ensures continuous assistance and carries out important maintenance interventions minimizing disruptions to activities.
