About the role

As an IT support associate II, you will use your skills to help the operations team solve technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that spans a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities

• Assignment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Manage requests and support procedures through the network.
• Collaborate in the training of new employees.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
