Assistant Support Program

The job requires someone who has a broader view of the customer and seller experience and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class seller experience in one of Amazon's fastest-growing companies and initiatives of major impact.

Your role will be focused on contacting existing sales partners, understanding their operational challenges deeply, and providing personalized support to help them thrive on our platform. Through frequent and proactive engagement, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our sellers have a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools. By listening carefully to their comments and problems, you will become a crucial channel for disseminating opportunities to improve our offering and enhance internal processes.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Seller Support, you will work to meet the needs of our sellers and drive the smooth and scalable growth of our Marketplace business. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and propose impactful solutions will be key to your success in this dynamic role. You will need strong knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon processes, with a strong bias towards proactively pursuing program goals and analytical thinking to find root causes and propose solutions. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage proactively with current sales partners regularly;
  • Identify and resolve quickly any operational or technical problems faced by sellers;
  • Communicate seller feedback effectively to cross-functional teams;
  • Analyze seller feedback and data to discover trends and identify problems;
  • Strong commitment to goals and results to ensure customer experience metrics are maintained;
  • Be organized, able, and ready to notify and update the situation.
