About the Role: Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP) is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network in Spain and Portugal, handling major partners in retail, property management, and transportation sectors.
Key Job Responsibilities:
A day in the life: You'll spend your time building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations, leading complex contract negotiations that balance commercial terms with operational excellence. Your day involves analyzing market data to identify expansion opportunities, conducting performance reviews with existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from Tech Ops to Legal to launch new locations. You'll also work directly with partners on marketing campaigns that drive customer awareness and usage of pickup points.
About the team: The PARP team is building the future of flexible delivery options for Amazon customers. We work at the intersection of logistics innovation and partnership development, collaborating with some of the largest retail and property management companies to create convenient pickup and return solutions.
