As an Account Manager as part of the Retail Business Services (RBS) Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) Team you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and execute a plan for onboarding new vendors for Amazon Mexico at 1P division. RBS RVR team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, data driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. You will directly interact with new vendors to onboard them, aiming to enhance valuable selection to amazon.com.mx. You will utilize a wide range of communication skills and work across major functional areas to increase selection to add value to our final customer. In this role you will be focused on growing our business through the on-boarding of new vendors and adding selection with new Amazon vendor partners. You will provide professional support to vendors in the operational aspects of their business with Amazon, conducting root cause analysis of issues and identifying opportunities that impact the vendor's progress. Please note that you will be expected to specifically work on transactional but essential activities and have a hands-on approach.
