We are seeking candidates who can conduct sales activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to recruit new selling partners and support their onboarding, from initial sales launch to early growth on Amazon Business.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Development of new seller recruiting strategy (target, approach methods, KPIs, etc.) Develop strategies for identifying target sellers and determining optimal approach methods to achieve team and individual annual goals. These strategies must be logical, effective, efficient, and realistic. Sharing best practices with the team is also expected.
2. Strategic proposal activities to sellers Execute sales activities swiftly based on the developed strategy and deliver results. This requires strong communication skills to explain clearly to any type of seller, deep understanding of Amazon itself including the roles of various internal organizations, ability to identify blockers within seller organizations, and execution capability to act quickly toward results while collaborating with others independently to solve challenges.
3. Seller identification and consultation based on market data analysis To maximize the sales potential of new sellers, analyze market data and sales data by product category to identify target sellers. Conduct multifaceted and rapid analysis of market trends and competitive landscape for each product category, identify short-term and mid-to-long-term actions from sales launch, and propose them to each seller. Strategic solution proposals for complex business challenges are expected.
