What you'll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
• Be the go-to tech expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
• Achieve and excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.

Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary and benefits:

• Hourly rate: $30.33 per hour
• Plus 12% superannuation
• Plus 10% variable remuneration
• Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays
