Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager cultivates and maintains strong relationships within the retailer network and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of value and ROI, leading to strong adoption and growth opportunities. The role works closely with tire retailers and cross-functionally within ATD to ensure we deliver on the promise of our products to key retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative feedback to improve customer experiences, collaborating cross-functionally with leaders to optimize customer journeys and reduce churn rates.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles hindering customer experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to anticipate needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Align with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver an integrated customer experience across the entire journey, optimizing activation, adoption, experience, and growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the retailer network to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of value and ROI.
- Coordinate customer outreach and engagement efforts with Product teams for product feedback, concept testing, and pilot program research opportunities.
- Drive strong adoption and growth opportunities within the retailer network by ensuring customers recognize the value and ROI of our products.
- Collect and integrate customer feedback into product development processes to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer and team behavior using data to identify successful areas and areas needing improvement, driving scalable business performance enhancements.

Qualifications:
