The IT Site Technician serves as the primary IT resource for the TTM sites, providing strategic technical support, operational coordination, and compliance oversight for all site-level IT activities. This role acts as a critical liaison between the site and enterprise IT, ensuring technology solutions meet local business needs while maintaining adherence to corporate IT standards, regulatory compliance requirements (NIST 800-171/800-53, ITAR, SOX), and cybersecurity frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements in a manufacturing and defense environment.

Essential FunctionsDaily Activities:

• Monitor site IT systems and respond to alerts or issues
• Provide technical support to site end-users via phone, email, and in-person
• Triage and resolve IT incidents and service requests
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams on active issues and projects
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with vendors regarding service delivery and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with security policies and access control procedures

Weekly Activities:

• Participate in IT team meetings and coordination calls
• Review and report on IT service metrics and performance
• Conduct user access reviews and compliance checks
• Update IT documentation and knowledge base
• Coordinate with business leaders on IT needs and priorities
• Support scheduled maintenance and system updates
• Assist with IT project activities and milestones

Monthly Activities:

• Prepare IT status reports for site management
• Support IT compliance activities and audit preparation
• Review vendor performance and service delivery
• Participate in IT planning and budgeting activities
• Conduct system health checks and preventive maintenance
• Update asset inventory and configuration records

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$45,354 - $71,688

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
