As an Account Manager at Remeha, you will combine technical know-how with commercial ambition to further expand our position in and around Brussels and Flemish Brabant. Are you interested in sustainable heating solutions? Together we will focus on growth, relationship management, and innovation.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our B2C customer portfolio in the Brussels and Flemish Brabant region. You will work closely with the Sales/Wholesale Manager Belux and other colleagues (technical, marketing, product management) to ensure that Remeha is top-of-mind for installers, wholesalers, and private (project) customers. You will maintain existing customers and proactively explore new market opportunities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, technical support, and commercial results.

You will report to the Sales/Wholesale Manager Belux and regularly provide updates on market developments, customer feedback, and product improvements. You will work hybrid, with regular visits to customers and wholesalers, alternating with office work from your home base.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach installers, wholesalers, and potential customers in Brussels and Flemish Brabant to promote and sell our solutions (heating, boilers, heat pumps, supporting products).

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships: regularly hear feedback, solve technical problems, provide training as needed.

  • Proactively follow up on quotes; handle complex files in collaboration with technical specialists (application engineer).

  • Monitor market and competitive developments; provide input to product and marketing teams to keep our offerings up-to-date.

  • Participate in fairs, networking events, product presentations, and training sessions to increase our visibility and generate leads.

What You Bring

  • A technical or technical-commercial education; experience in the installation/heating or HVAC sector is a strong advantage.

  • Commercial experience: both in building relationships and acquiring new customers.

  • Independent, results-oriented, and organized: you can manage your region and agenda well.

  • Excellent communication skills; you can make technical matters understandable for a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Languages: fluent Dutch and French.

Desired Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools (quote software, reporting, etc.).

  • Experience with or interest in sustainability/energy solutions (heating technology, boiler innovations, ecological regulations).

  • Residing in Brussels or nearby to minimize travel time to your customers in Brussels.

  • Willingness to travel within the region, possibly in the evenings for client visits or events.
