Account Manager – Agriculture

The Account Manager will be responsible for business growth of Agriculture in dedicated key customer development and channel management to achieve company growth target year over year.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute business growth of Agriculture in crop protection and fertilizer market to achieve company growth target.
  • Can understand Ag application to manage customers to grow and gain share in existing customers.
  • Can develop solutions to moderate level of problems by referring to company practice and policies.
  • Be responsible for new business growth in new customers and new models of product with customers that include identifying new target customers, lead specs-in process of product, reflect customer need on product to company and NPIs etc. at leverage company resources of Marketing, Technology and Support functions.
  • Complete processes on e-System at company time requirement such as demand forecast update, new targets on salesforce, call report etc.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in agriculture or related major.
  • 3+ years working experience in an Agriculture pesticide company.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to accept up to 30% travel frequently in China.
  • Proficient English in oral and written is preferred.
