Your Role Here
As an Account Coordinator II, you'll support our sales and customer service teams by handling orders, ensuring accuracy, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between departments.
Your Experience And Background
- Strong understanding of order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Experience running customer accounts, credit limits, and aged receivables.
- Knowledge of product forecasting and communicating forecasts to purchasing/production teams.
- Expertise in complex ordering procedures and ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Programs).
- Ability to interpret and handle customer schedules, need dates, and sign-off documentation.
- Familiarity in coordinating freight and logistics with carriers and internal teams.
- Skilled in inventory coordination, ensuring timely product movement and accurate recordkeeping
- Proven organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Experience preparing quotes, purchase orders, and customer reports.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up skills, able to handle customer issues professionally.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service and growing accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree + 1-3 years of experience in sales OR 8+ years of experience.
