The Contract Implementation Specialist serves as a support for the Associate Contract Specialists on the Contract Implementation team. This individual will manage the ServiceNow intake queue for contract implementation submissions and monitoring of the general email box. Other duties include various tracking and administrative tasks such as returning agreements to providers and monitoring of email boxes. This person serves as the central point for preparing, mailing, and tracking contract implementations. The Contract Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring all required documentation has been received and submitted for implementation and ultimately shared with the provider where applicable.
