Your Role: Contributing to Global Export Success

You will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of export shipments. You will:

• Become a Data Management Specialist: Accurately manage and input critical export data, adhering to our established Export Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive Booking Efficiency: Independently create and manage Quick Bookings within the CargoWise system, utilizing booking confirmations to initiate the shipment process.
• Oversee Shipment Consolidation: Take ownership of consolidation registrations and generate precise Shipper's instructions, ensuring clear communication for seamless handling.
• Serve as a Key Information Contact: Proactively respond to information inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, and effectively access and manage relevant shipment documentation.
• Champion Accuracy and Collaboration: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to guarantee accuracy and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information.
• Facilitate International Partnerships: Utilize your written Mandarin skills to effectively communicate with our partners, fostering strong working relationships.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our international partners.
• Data Precision: Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
