The Team

At Netflix, our Ads business is focused on building a must-buy advertising solution, one that allows brands to connect with diverse audiences who are deeply engaged with the breadth and quality of our content. In Korea, we are at a uniquely exciting moment: over the past year, the Korea Ads team has built strong early momentum, and we are now entering a phase of accelerated growth as we scale the team and expand our impact. As part of the core Netflix Ads organization, the team is helping shape a best-in-class ads business from the ground up, leveraging Netflix's proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences.

The Opportunity

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Netflix Ads team. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, from pre-sale planning through post-campaign reporting, and partnering closely with Sales Partners, Media Agencies, and Advertisers to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.

The Account Manager plays a critical role in translating client objectives into effective media strategies and delivering high-quality operational excellence across all campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses, including packaging, pricing, targeting, and next campaign recommendations
  • Partner closely with Vertical Sales Partners to understand client objectives and deliver excellent customer service throughout the campaign cycle
  • Support new agency onboarding, product updates, and sales enablement in partnership with Agency Sales Partners
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings and coordinate the collection of creative assets and campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, and support discussions on optimization as needed.
  • Deliver clear performance narratives beyond standard reporting, and contribute to QBRs and ABRs with clients and agencies.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics
  • Escalate campaign issues when needed and raise product updates in collaboration with internal teams (Ad ops, Data Science, Product)
  • Partner with Measurement Partner(s) to support the delivery of brand study results
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Netflix ad products, targeting capabilities, Sponsorship offerings, and Ad Policy.
  • Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in coordination with Finance
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency and client counterparts Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Measurement, Finance, Ad Policy) to ensure smooth campaign execution

We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Planning, or related roles within the digital media or advertising industry
  • Experience supporting brand advertisers, including campaign planning and upselling opportunities
  • Understanding of digital media buying models, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder requests simultaneously
  • Familiarity with brand measurement partners such as Kantar or Nielsen
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
